Drink more water and move a bunch more. Water fills you up so you're not ravenous between sensible meals and moving keeps you away from the fridge. A pound or two isn't anything to get down on youself about as we can lose or gain that based on hydration levels. Only weigh yourself on your weigh-in days so you don't get sidetracked by false hope/hopelessness and be honest with yourself about how much exercise you are actually doing. Sustainable weight loss through diet alone is nearly impossible. More physical activity (lifestyle change) and proper eating lead to overall success.

Now push yuself away from the computer, do 5 sets of 10 burpees, gnaw on a carrot and go for a nice walk!
