The best way to get weight lose is by proper fasting and more workout. But when you are fasting, then you must get sufficient nutritions and food before you start fasting. It works for some and may not work for some. Do not always resort to pills and medical method to lose weight. There's no easy way to do it, but it is worth it. |

Fasting is a method of losing weight, but it provides no advantage over eating at regular intervals. At the end of the day, it's just necessary to be in a calorie deficit.. how a person gets there doesn't matter. |

hi superman, it does matter for some. we must understand that everyone's body may not suit to certain method of losing weight. there are various type of exercise and method that has build over the years to suit all type of body. fasting may not suit some people, because they have gastric. and thus they may need nutrition from time to time in a daly basis. cheers |

Being effective is an integral part of any weight-loss or weight-maintenance program. When you're effective, your body uses more energy (calories). And when you use-up more calorie consumption than you eat, you shed body weight. |

I am going to have to disagree with your fasting statement. When you fast and your body doesn't have calories to burn, it goes after your muscle tissue, so yes you may be losing weight but it isn't the weight you want to lose. |

Totally agree with you. and "workout" you said: we must understand that everyone's body may not suit to certain method of losing weight. Fact is that if you do things properly, it works for everyone. Just if you are doing something crazy it may work for some people and other not. But this only means some can bear it and some not. So not a smart choice I think. |
