| So today was the official day to the nutrition side of my get fit program, but I ate way fewer calories than I needed. I don't think this one time will have an effect on my health, but I was surprised at how low it was. For a 17 yr. old girl, what is an approxiamate amount of calories I should be eating? I find if I don't have a general number I'll eat whatever is in front of my face or next to nothing.
