Alright guys, Im 20 years old, 6 foot 1 and about 280 lbs. I work full time and usually eat two meals a day, one for lunch and one for dinner (Which is usually after midnight). I like to smoke a little weed now and then and it definitley doesnt help out on my bad eating habits. Im sick of being over weight and want to lose weight and work out and look good but i never have any motivation. And i dont know what to eat and what workouts to do to lose weight. I want to change my whole diet and make an eating and workout schedule i just dont know what to make it. I work monday-Friday 8-4 and after 4 and on weekends are all my own time. Any suggestions guys? |

If you are willing to change the composition of your diet, then try to make it more like this: (any changes in this direction will represent an improvement)![]() and if not - well you could count calories (though be warned that when eating higher calorie density foods, eating an appropriate number of calories for weight loss will leave you hungry) |

You should eat healthy foods and burn more calories than you intake. And you can do both of these by dieting and exercising. Here are some of the tips: -Drink lots of water -stay away from fat-sugar-sweet-fastfoods -eat 5 small meals including snacks(breakfast-snack-lunch-snack-dinne?σΤιΌ?ͺ snack with nuts,fruit or yogurt because this make you feel not hungry so you dont eat much in meals I am not saying you to eat lot with 5 meals, I say eat often but less. In fact the main point on weight loss is not how much we eat in a day, the main point is how healthy meals we eat and how much calorie we consume -eat grilled and boiled foods( -drink green tea(this is really important because green tea speeds metabolism and so you burn more calories- 2-3 cups of green tea in a day is really necessary) By exercising you make all your body work and so burn calories |

I used Roca Labs formula and lost about 70lbs. You can try it too but If you do the exercise with it then you can lose even more in less time. |

Hey justwannalookdecent may I ask you if you are serious? Because if you are I'll be to with my answer. Now I'm going to hit you bad so make your choice if you want keep reading ok? ;) First how could you possibly eat 2 times a day? I will never be able to!! And if I should guess what's the main big reason... I would probably pick this!! As Emma Brown mentioned, eat five times a day. That's the golden rule. And BTW skipping breakfast is deadly, and about 70% of overweight people skip it, can you believe? Some additional tips: completely avoid dairy products and cereals on top of what already being told here. And focus of a good balance between proteins and carbohydrates... that means each and every meal you want to balance lean meat or fish (aka. good source of proteins with no polyunsaturated fats) with high fiber vegetables or fruits. For your workout, as you are not already training, about 1 hour of walking per day is exactly what you need. Not less!! So, just to finish, man... even if you do not feel motivated believe me: just do it!! And I promise you the motivation will crash you by its own after you start seeing and feeling the results. Think about the 1 most single important reason why you want to change yourself, your image, and your life. Be it your living legacy, write it everywhere and taste it, breath it, smell it... do whatever you want but do it. Let it inspire you!! Let me know your progress in the future ok? Good luck buddy!! P.S. BTW, drinking a lot of water will not do you wonders... you can skip this one if you feel like ;) |

Weight loss is not only talking about exercising or going on a crash diet. Instead it is an approach where you need to make certain hanges to work the best for you. Protein is recommended for people looking for weight loss. You can also use healthy protein shakes for weight loss. |

I agree eating twice a day is not recommended and eating breakfast is huge. On the Challenge I did I was able to lose weight and get the nutrition that my body needed and I still was able to eat. fasting diets and crash diets are not the answer to anyone's weight loss problems. |

I think gym and fitness center is best way to improve your body health. You can easily lose your weight by taking daily exercise in gym. |
