I stopped recently with my unhealthy eating.
My dad and i are looking for some healthier meals
But i stopped eating late night snacks or a dessert after dinner.i go to the gym 3 times a week but all this doesn't work and i can't figure out how. :(
When starting out, the key thing is calorie awareness - actually learn how many calories are in the foods that you are planning to eat. In your weight loss phase you are aiming to eat somewhere between 1400 and 1900 calories a day. Write down what you have eaten in a day and see what it adds up to.
