What doesn't matter? Your post indicates that you want to get better.

Bulimia can permanently damage your body and even kill you. You should ask a parent or perhaps school counselor for professional help.

if you do it 2 or more times a week on a regular basis, its bulimia. mia is very scary, so be careful. get someone to talk to, and maybe dont be so strict on yourself, because that can trigger binges. good luck.

Dear Thin_Line
Your life does matter! Take care of yourself.
It may sound lame, but can you ask your parents for help? A teacher, your doctor, a coach, a mentor, an aunt or uncle?  There must be someone close to you who cares about you and wants your health and happiness.:dog:

Every dieter is going to have setbacks.  It's normal.  You can't expect to stick with a meal plan and not give in to a craving at least once in a while; it's all a part of practicing self control.  When you do binge or indulge in something unhealthy, don't give up.  Admit that you made a mistake, move on, and try to do better the rest of the day.  Purging is unhealthy and doesn't recover all of your consumed calories, anyway!   It might be a slow process to weight loss, but it will pay off in the end.  Good luck!
