im anne marie and im 22.
how much do you want to lose?
at the beginning of the year i was motivated to get in shape and now I realize i havent done any exercise since jan 7th.
i hurt myself by exercising too hard and then when i was well again i just got lazy and didnt bother.
so i need new motivation and a diet buddy would be really great

| Hey! I'm hoping to loose about 30 pounds, then see how I feel about loosing more. I started university in September and since then I've put about 25 pounds on due to my 'eat whatever's quick and easy' attitude! Figured its time for a change and a diet buddy would be great to keep me on track :) I'm also awful at finding the motivation to exercise! I used to use a treadmill about three times a week but since moving away from home, it's become in unavailable to me. So i brought some work out DVDS to replace it, including a Pussy Cat Dolls dance routine workout.. Still hasn't come out the plastic wrapper!

OMG I tried that workout last year! Its supposed to make you feel sexy while your doing it but i just felt a bit stupid and its better to watch it first otherwise youll be like what did she do? and then shes already on the next move.
What other dvds u got?
I?é??m almost in the same situation, I work out at home too. I like using the bottom step of the staircase to go up and down on it, great for toning your butt.
Today I felt motivated, I hadnt worked out since the 7th of Jan so it was about time.
I warmed up then did 650 steps.
My problem is lack of motivation and lack of making exercise important. Like id prefer to watch tv than exercise, then like today I thought to myself just do it! you?é??ll feel a lot better afterwards, and if youve exercised 1) you?é??ll probably feel like a healthier meal
2) if you snack you wont feel as guilty (maybe its just me that feels guilty when I munch on #%@&!!)
so how much do you weigh and how tall are you?
how long do you want to take in losing those 30 pounds?
how many cals do u eat a day?
(ok im being really nosy but i just want some insight).
im 5?é??2 and weigh roughly 127 pounds. for my height thats a little chubby, im chubby round the waist and thighs and bum. my overall goal is to achieve a more toned look and improve my strength (on the 7th I did my back in just by doing planks and push ups, the next day it hurt in 4 different places! just shows u how weak I am).
