I need to ask some questions first and provide some facts.

You are gobbling down nearly twice as many calories as you need in order to maintain your weight. Are you aware of that?

Well yes. I am aware that WAS that I was doing. However I've adjusted my calorie intake to 1300 and burning a steady 400-600 calories a day.

JSABD will tell you that 1300 is too low for your current weight. Your caloric deficit is too high. Remember that this is not a war against fat but rather a quest to get healthier.

Eventually you will deplete your liver of glycogen and that increases your odd of getting gallstones by 1000%.

You may find this link helpful... http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.shtml

Again... I cannot stress this enough DO NOT UNDER EAT!

When you hit 120 you can go to 1300 cals a day but at your weight 1300 is too low.

JSABD mentions "fattitude". Most fat people have fattitude. Hopefully he will discuss it with you.
