Im 20 5'5 and weigh 213 pounds I do have a boyfriend...he's a few inches taller at 145 pounds....yeahhh.so how do I look?

I think you know that your weight is unacceptable to you and any other honest person. Chances are you eating as much as your BF but male have a higher metabolic rate and he may be very very active.

As a general rule women need to eat between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. Stop being stupid and to that.

Your Basal Metabolic rate is about 2000 calories a day. If you eat and that level you will lose 2 pounds per week initially. As you drop the weight your metabolism will slow. That is normal and a good thing.

Eat 6 meals a day than contain the proper amount of fiber and protein. Find out what that is and report back and I will let you know if you got it right.

Want some harsh words? Real men don't like fat chicks. Your boy friend is probably thinking about a skinny chick when he's doing the horizontal bop with you.

Since you admit that you are a glutton you really don't need me to lambaste you. The lambasting will come if you get whiny and start making excuses.
