- Do Regular Exercises daily and drink lots of water a day.
- Avoid junk food and balance your diet.
- Take  green tea and eat more green vegetables and fruits.

Running is the best way out to losing weight.

Eat right foods at the right time. Eat 4-5 smaller meals daily instead of 3 big meals.Consume more of fresh vegetables and fruits and avoid packaged food.
Do regular exercise without fail.

The absolute easiest way for me is to reduce the amount of condiments I put in my food and slowly reduce it each week. Zero exercise and I lose 3 pounds in 4 weeks. Not much but I barely did anything too.

Do daily exercise, avoid junk food even those food which have high fats, proteins.

There are many ways to lose weight but these are most effective ways to loss weight.
Do walk daily
Do running and jogging
Drink more water
Eat less but eat fruits and vegetables
Avoid fast food and drink green tea.

Intended to lose weight? Its simple and easy only if you plan your diet properly. Most of the peoples think that they will lose weight in few days or weeks and certainly they are wrong because you have to be calm while using weight loss program. Unfortunately our scientist doesn't invented a magic weight loss pill or a program :wink:.

Nutritious diet and 1/2 hour of regular workout will accomplish your goals. Hope this will help!

I am planning to make my weight back to the right route, but i am a bit lazy and fond of sweet food,so self-dependable way to lose weight doesn't make sense to me actually .I just found an Electronic Pulse Slimming Massager ,the product description seems attractive :i only need to stick it to my body ,then excess fat can come out of me ?is this believable?

I tried one of those, and that was when I was at my top weight and not yet ready to consider dieting. But here we are 10 years later and I did come to my senses.

I now do real exercise which burns real calories. This gimmick does not work, but I guess we all need to make our own mistakes (mine also included Atkins and eating too few calories for a while, and getting a potassium overdose from food etc. but I got there in the end)

There is no real way to lose weight "easily." It is different for everyone. Some people find it hard to lose weight through restricting heavily and do more exercise and eat more. Some people restrict their calories more and exercise less, etc.

For me, I prefer to just restrict what I eat to just 400 calories or under a day and drink lots of zero and low calorie liquids with lots of water. It's not the best thing to do according to the majority of people you will talk to, but it fast and works well for me. The problem is maintain once I reach my goal.

in a Dr Joel Fuhrman MD podcast I recently listened to again he recommended that one thing a person they can do to increase their lifespan (if they are already doing everything else right) is to do a 48 hour fast every month or so (resting during that time - so as he is working he doesn't have time to do this himself). Some of the benefits derive from the fact that this fasting will slow down your metabolism.

Interestingly, that might upset someone who was hoping that fasting (or eating too little) was an effective long term strategy for weight loss. So am I in the Leigh Peele camp or the Fuhrman camp on this point? I believe I am eating more than my unadjusted RMR. I do not fast at all. If I think about my low-eating days I tend to remember how miserable I was in early 2012 when I did not have the energy to do the things I like to do. I was tired and lethargic. No thanks. I eat enough to have lots of energy but at the same time stay slim and not over-fuel my body. I want neither a slow nor a fast metabolism, really.

Hello Nir, Hope you find a good result after following this Leigh peele camp. I want to add some more to this. As I know fasting is not a long term strategy for losing weight. But you can make a healthy diet plan at least for 4 weeks and surly You'll get a good result.

The best way for weight loss is doing exercise regularly. Eat healthy food (fresh fruits and vegetables), it will help you to avoid extra calories. Drink lots of water and walk some miles everyday.
