Im a female,?é?á23, 5'5 and i weigh 135 pounds. a year ago i was at 140 pounds.?é?á Since then i became a runner and im TRYING to eat better. Here lately ive been slacking on my exercise and eating bad. i need a motivational coach or someone to push me to my goal as i will do the same for them! I know some of you will laugh and say that im in my weight range for my age and height and that i dont need help, but i do! It is just as hard for me to get going again as it is for a beginner!! i was born lazy so help me. lol
