Hi!

I?é??m 22 years old, female, I live in Spain and speak English, Spanish and Welsh (yep I?é??m from Wales).
I?é??m 5?é??2 and weight 124 pounds.
I?é??m a curvy girl and I?é??m trying to tone up.

So now I?é??m following a tone up plan that consists of 3 days of toning and a 4th day of cardio. The 3rd toning day is like a strength test of repetitions to record your progress.

I?é??ll share the plan with whoever wants in on the toning up challenge and hopefully we can motivate eachother and pass on tips and exercises to do with toning up.

The more the merrier!

Hey Anne Marie! Im new to this forum but it sounds like we are wanting the same things!?é?á Im 23 5'5 and weigh 135 pounds. id like to lose 10 pounds but im really wanting to get toned!! =]?é?á

hi! I saw your post first in the new member introductions and was gonna post you until I saw that you posted here!
We do have similar goals, I?é??m a little shorter than you but we have a similar weight.
My thighs are definetly what I want to tone up, my butt and stomach also.
I too am really lazy, I?é??ll have a good week and then two bad weeks.

Making vegetable soups is a good idea, that way you know your getting your veggies and vitamins, plus a lot of water, I try to aim for 3 litres per day to help me with water retention and cellulite (which is really bad on my thighs and butt).

To tone up I?é??d avise you to do cardio at least 45 mins 3 times a week (which at the moment I?é??m not doing because I?é??m just plain lazy) and a toning plan which I can post you if you want. It?é??s 3 days of a set of repetitions of toning exercises. I did one of the days yesterday and I?é??m feeling it today in my legs, OUCH!
What do you think about us opening a post in the challenges section and calling it The Toning Up challenge and there we can post eachother tips and motivation posts, track our progress and maybe pick a day to post our weigh ins? Maybe more people could join us

That sounds awesome! I really want to tone my stomach and muffin top. Lol. I normally run 3 miles 4-5 days a week. But not the past 2 weeks. I need to get back on it! Also, I HATE water. I know I should drink 8 cups or whatever they say. But I'm trying. :/. I'm only on my second bottle today and its already 7pm! Lol.

We have a time difference cos I live in Spain. It?é??s 9:30PM here and I?é??ve only had 1 cup of water, orange juice and coffee. So I?é??m doing pretty bad too, I go to bed late though (hence the not getting up early to exercise) so I?é??ll try to drink about 1.5 litres tonight.
My tip is to get a big glass or bottle of a 20 oz size, that way you?é??ll know that you have to drink 3 of them to get your 60 oz (which is almost half of our body weight in water) also I have to use a straw cos that way I drink more in each sip and I drink it quicker. A slice of lemon also helps or a slice of whatever fruit you want, so its not so plan, and the colder the better too, for me it tastes better and you can also burn about 20 cals for each 20 oz you drink. (20 oz = 600 ml)
