Hello I am a 14 year old male who just entered high school. i am 5"3 and weigh 151lbs. I look very overweight and over the past few years it has gotten a lot worse. I have become very insecure about how I look and i really need to change. I love physical activity and i participate in all types of sports in and out of school. iv started to do some more running and basic workouts once in awhile but i really want to see huge change. I know it will take time but i really want to lose as much weight as possible. Everyday i say to myself i need to change but its hard. any suggestions or workouts or something? thanks
ps. my goal is to lose as much weight as possible in a short time frame, my body looks terrible and i need to change. My goal is 120lb

Heyy, I am a 14 year old girl and I have a suggestion for you?σΤιΌ?ͺ..
I am exactly the same hight as you and i was 150?σΤιΌ?ͺ.. I lost 8Lbs in 3 weeks by going to Camp Shane (they have places all over the US and it was soo much fun?σΤιΌ?ͺ.) I also have lost 5Ibs in 2 months. If you want to see results, try this (its been working for me and i haven't been hungry):
Search Dr. Dolgoff red light, green light, eat right.
She has in person visits in NY, NY and LI, NY if you live around there, but if not, she has an online program which is the same. She sets up a chart for you with how many "green" lights you can have in a day (each green is about 100 cal if you really want to know). There is no calorie counting, off-limits foods (yay I can eat my Reese's PB Cups!), and it's easy.
My personal chart was 2 for breakfast, 1 morning snack, 3 for lunch, 1 afternoon snack , and 3 for dinner. I also get 2 Red foods each week.
Seeing from what you've been doing, you will get faster results (I am not a sports person, I tend to not like things I'm not good at!) from all the exersize you seem to be doing. Just remember, Its not healthy to loose more than 2Ibs a week.

These foods are major cause of fats over their body but it is fact that people, who use quality foods like, vegetables and fruits look slim and free from fats.

Yes, junk food is the main reason for weight gain; it will be rich in fat, sugar and oil!!
