Okay, so I'm Laura, I'm 14 years old, I'm from the UK and I'm 13 stone (182lbs) and I'm about 5"6 in height.
I really need to lose at least 3 stone (42lbs) and I've tried so much, but I can't keep focused. At all, and it would really be helpful to speak to someone in the same situation as me, because my mum was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and has since lost about 40lbs. Ever since, she's added extra pressure on me, and I really want and need to put my plan into action!

Hey! I'm Shannon, I'm 13 and I'm also from the UK - I'm from Scotland. I'm trying to lose 4-5 by July, but this isn't just for that.
