I was talking to a bodybuilder friend of mine and he suggested this regime for me to cut 10kilos: 7am - special K with skimmed milk, clenbuterol dose (still don't know the dose need to talk to him first) 9am - protein shake (2 scoops + stacker) 12pm - chicken ceasar / tuna salad 3pm - protein shake + apple 4pm workout till 5.30pm (swimming and maybe a little weight training) 6pm dinner (lean meat or chicken breast with broccoli, cabbage and carrots) 9pm protein shake + 4 rice cakes sleep at roughly 11.30pm (Already tried dieting for like 6 years I just can't commit...doomed with no abs) |

So you can't commit to dieting but you can commit to this? Personally I don't want to be told what to eat and when, but I can appreciate that other people may thrive on structure. Would you say the problem with your previous diets is that they were not regimented enough for you? |

The more structured, working regime I have the better...before I always slacked off because I didn't have a structured diet plan that worked, I always made up the diet myself and failed all the time...I guess it was the lack of carbs. I know people who has been on this and has shed body fat like crazy, they did say that it was IMPERATIVE that i stick to the diet plan, the rest are tools that makes the diet work better and I'm willing to try them out, none of my clothes fit anymore and it is kind of a crisis haha. (75kg - 5"3) used to be 66kg, aiming at 62 though. |

also, I need to start looking at food as sustenance to live rather than an indulging pleasure...and that only works for me if i keep eating the same over and over until I become accustomed to it that I taste other foods too rich/oily. (did it when i lost 85kg to 66kg) |

I lost on Atkins but also on Fuhrman. I lost with obsessive calorie and macro-nutrient counting of everything; but then also when eating an uncounted "vegetable based" diet I lost with no exercise and with 14+ hours of exercise whatever it is, it is always something that I am willing to sustain, because I can't afford to go back to eating the way that I did when I was fat |
