Starting gourd juice to reduce some extra weight. I hope it will work. Another reason to start gourd juice is, it will help to maintain my sugar level.

Hi, do you have any previous experience with that? I mean usually fruit raises the sugar level....If that's what you meant?
I have really great experience with vegetable juice detox diet. I only kept it for 3 days and then I started a classic low calorie diet. The detox helped me shift some more pounds, but I gained them back in 1-2 months :(

Yes you are right fruit juices not recommend while someone are diabetic. To detoxify and fightback with high sugar level veg juices are great and this my personal experience.

To maintain your weight you should take veg juices on daily basis and I hope it will work perfectly as it is work for me.

Yes groud juice is proven scientifically to lower blood sugar levels , but you should use it in Moderate amounts
not to over use it :smile:

when ever you want to diet with juice the best fruits for this are grapefruit, orange, pineapple,and papaya, and also try to add some green into your juice that will make it even more complete.

You are right kelly grape juice are beneficial for heart and help to keep healthy forever. It prevent blockage in arteries.

Grape juice are also advisable in breast cancer, heart attacks, lowering blood pressure and many more . . . .

In a same way due to rich source of Vitamin C in orange it help to boost your immune system and also helpful in reproduction of new cells and can help with in healing process.

I recommend some protein as well though b/c nothing but fruit is pure sugar, causing a crazy insulin spike, fyi

I have one more juice which is helpful for weight loss.

Pineapple, cucumber and mint juice

Recipe:
Ingredients
1/2 ripe pineapple
2 cucumbers
1 bunch of mint

Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients through the mixer and enjoy your juice. :)

Each and Every juice are beneficial for different health condition. Like green vegetable and fruit juice recipes are recommended for weight loss, for detox and liver cleanse you may try olive oil juice and so on . . . ..!!!

I've tried a bunch of home remedies that were meant for weight loss but didn't really ever get the results I was promised. A friend of mine told me she did the Ultimate Reset Cleanse ( beachbody.com/product/detox-cleanse/ultimate-reset.do ) right before summer to shed some unwanted weight and she was really happy with the product. It has all the same results as a detox except you don't have to fast or use laxatives so there's no harsh results- thank god.?é?á Taking her word for it, I ordered the product and actually agree with her. It did exactly what it promised it would; restored energy and got rid of harmful toxins that I had soaked up over the summer months unfortunately. I also dropped 25 lbs in the process which I was NOT expecting, but I was ecstatic nonetheless! Stay away from refined carbs. Refined carbs are your white breads, white pasta etc. Eat whole grains but in moderation such as brown rice.

Hi,

Here is a recipe for burning fat in stomach area.

- 1/2 Mango Fruit
- 2 Carrots
- 1 pieces of Ginger root

Put all them in fruit juicer and drink it at night before getting to sleep. Repeat it for about 1 week once a day.
You will see the difference, give 1-2 weeks break before repeating the process.

I like to make cocktails with aloe vera (there are a lot of recipes at this page) - my favourite one is 120 ml of aloe juice, 230 ml of orange juice, mint leaves. Aloe vera juice is supposed to help to lose weight but I don't like how it tastes, but if I mis it with other juices its not so bad)

Here is a recipe for burning fat

Ingredients
Apples (granny smith) - 2 medium (3" dia)
Celery - 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
Cucumber - 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
Ginger - 1 thumb (1" dia)
Kale - 6 leaf (8-12")
Lemon - 1/2 fruit (2-3/8" dia)
Directions
Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.

Now, I don't want to be seen like a flamer, I mean I really love juices but, really... are juices healthy? Hmmm...

Just a few consideration: if you have to decide between a juice (I'm talking about a natural one and not about something you get at the supermarket of course) and a full meal about rice and nothing else then I agree. But if you really want something healthy then you should really leave and eat the fruit (or vegetable) as it is.

Both of them are will increase the level of sugar in the blood, just for the fact that they are carbohydrates. The matter is how? Or better yet... how fast? In the same exact moment you "Juice It" you are leaving with no fiber, don't matter what.

Yeah, you keep all vitamins and bla bla bla... but fiber is the only thing that really make the conversion carbohydrates -> sugar in the blood slow, so no spike of insulin (that by the way, Insulin id deadly if we are speaking about weight gaining + multiple other health problems as well known.)!!

Bottom line, if you can I would highly encourage you to eat things, instead of drink them. ;)
