In have been informing everyone of my tactics, and progress in my videos. But I am wondering if the advice that I am giving is accurate. I am a 25 year old plus size model. Im 5'8, 180lbs, and since I go to school online, I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle. How is the advice that I am giving? I dont want to lead myself or others astray. I watched your video.
You give a lot of unhealthy advice. You sound vain and your battle with fat should be a battle with your fattitude. You're young and maybe you will grow up and lose the vanity.
If you got down to 130 you'd be smokin hot but so what? Get healthy and do it by exercising correctly and eating correctly.
Normally women of color are not as vain as you. Lose the vanity and gain some sanity. You sound like a vapid silly White girl.
