THE RULES

1) DRINK MORE WATER! (aim for at least 2 litres a day) Carry a bottle around with you to ensure you are drinking all day (not just when you remember!)

2) EXERCISE (at least 30 minutes of walking a day)

Try swimming which is very good for cellulite, One advantage that swimming has over other forms of cardiovascular exercise is the pressure of the water on your tissues. Water is denser than air, and it squeezes your limbs gently while you exercise, relieving edema or swelling. You use your thighs, calves and buttocks muscles extensively in swimming.

3) MASSAGE     To erase cellulite, massage sensitive areas: buttocks, thighs, hips with an anti-cellulite cream five to ten minutes a day to improve circulation, eliminate fat and fight against water retention.
For the active cream to penetrate better, you can complete your massage with a scrub weekly. (I`m using a mix of olive oil with salt and coffee granulates)

4) SQUATS, LUNGES AND STEP UPS   Do a series of these everyday.

So I?é??m keeping it simple, WATER, EXERCISE, MASSAGE, SQUATS,LUNGES AND STEP UPS.

You can also try finishing your showers with cold water on your thighs and buttocks, drink green tea, add lemon to your water and drink cranberry juice to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

ok so it?é??s that time of the month so I?é??m extremelly bloated and feeling fatter than ever. I?é??ve been recomended to drink 3 litres of water a day, one in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and one at night. As I?é??m not used to drinking so much water I keep bringing it up. Hopefully after a few days my body will adjust.

Anyone got any tips on drinking water?

Plus the swelling that I?é??ve got on the back of my thigh, is it pointless to put an ice bag on it to make it go down? as its water retention I dont know if it will work

ok so I?é??m following my rules however today I noticed that the back of my knees are swollen. It looks like I?é??ve got two swollen golf balls underneath the skin.

I?é??ve got ice packs on them but it doesn?é??t seems to work, I?é??ve been told to carry on with the water and the massages and maybe pump up my exercise routine a bit.

This is turning into a nightmare.... one day I will have gorgeous non swollen legs!
