crunches will not remove belly fat. You cannot spot reduce fat, you have to lose it over the entire body. |

I suggest you count your calories intake, measure meal portions, learn about your nutritional needs and plan healthy meals plus exercise. As those two persons commented above, spot reduction is not true. |

OKAY, I have this problem too, muffin top!!!! argh! what you need to do is find out what your ideal body weight is. There is no point killing yourself with crunches if you have excess layers of fat on top of your abs. So you need a cardio plan to lose those extra pounds, as you are coming closer to your ideal weight you need to follow a toning plan. If your dead serious about getting rid of your muffin top I can give you a plan of floor work that I am using now to tone up. So use the calculators on this page, find out what your ideal weight is, cardio for 45 mins four times a week is an excellent idea and toning 3 times a week on top of that would be a big plus. Let me know if you need ideas on workouts or specific ab exercises. Start off with the plank. Try to hold for 30 secs. |
