Hello All, How will you set your weight loss goals? The main focus is on weight loss or no. of days? I am worried about my heavy weight.
Please guide me.

Instead of focusing on the outcome goal such as how many pounds you will lose over a particular period of time, focus on your action goal - what action you will take, for example counting calories and eating an amount appropriate for weight loss such as 1500-1800 calories if you are a man or 1200-1500 calories if you are a woman.

If you require tailored help, provide your specifics - gender, height, age, weight, any exercise schedule you have already committed to or are considering.

Focusing on healthy choices can really help meeting those calorie goals
