Ok I have been on my new way of living since January 2012. In 3 months, I have exercised and eating better. I been recently been weighing myself and been losing about 2-5 pounds a week. But I want to lose more faster! Ha, before you say its not safe, I am currently around 438lbs. So Today, Monday 2, of April, I want to see how much I can drop by April 30, exactly four weeks. Anyone want to challenge me, we can do it by percentage lost. I am looking to be under 400 by this time. Lets go!! Current Weight ![]() |

Hey I'M on..! It will be GREAT...! to have a buddy. I have to see how much I weight, I NEVER weight myself, but I think it's time for me to face my truth... I start the diet today, I have a very extreme diet, so I am not going to tell you about the go healthy. SO i am in..! I will post my weight tomorrow morning, but sounds great. |

Alright cool! Yes, it is scary actually seeing your weight. This is actually the heaviest I have every been. I hope we both can lose weight and hope to help and encourage each other. Oh, and after todays workout, I am down to 447. Oh yeah! |

hey I hope it's not too late to join in on this with you guys?! btw how are you doing so far on your challenge? hopefully staying strong! I am 157 pounds and I started picking up the pace this week (today) and nearly done with eating all my Easter candy :3 so by the end of the week no more candy or bad foods for me! That will give you a nice head start before I start burning up the treadmill! xD |

WoW you're doing great fluffy! Keep going!! I think thats a good idea to take a pic of the scale, I think I am going to weigh myself on friday and also take a pic of what I weigh too and post it, that way its there and I'm constantly reminded to keep going lol. And hopefully I will be out of easter candy by then xD That lil bunny was too good to me this year Is there anything you do in particular to get yourself going and motivated? |

My cousin had offered to train me to help me get into shape. I decided I need to before I got very unhealthy. Only thing is he is a college football player, so workouts can be kinda intense!! That's really awesome! I subscribed to your videos too and that is such a good idea to go about it. I'm sure that motivates you a lot too by making those videos and sharing them with people. But you're doing great!!! Keep kicking some butt!!! |

And it's Friday!!!!! Weigh Day!!! Previous Weight: 157 pounds Current Weight: 156.4 pounds Now, I know I didn't lose a whole lot.. lol But I was prepared for this and it's still a big win for me! With Easter being last weekend and this week I focused in getting in the habit of pure fitness bliss meaning actually doing something fitness wise and from Monday to today I've gradually reduced my food intake and ate all my Easter candy xD So now I am good to go for the most part! I'm feeling the fitness love! On the weekends I am going to just focus on walking and the kick it back up during the weekdays and this time I will be counting my calories! So by next Friday I should see a drop in weight! x3 I also wanted to add- I know this is a challenge... I have have about 2 weeks left before the month is over, so don't think I'm going to go easy! I suggest you get working really hard now because I'm about to drop some pounds these next two weeks! OMG! look at you! YOU ARE BELOW 430!!!!!!!! That is great!! at least its still coming off! Now you need to get out there and dance and celebrate! Turn up that music and shake it! Such good news to celebrate! Now I'm curious to see where you're going to end up at but the end of the month! You better make it good! It's count down now! I'm joining a adult/teen karate class... I went yesterday to go check it out just to watch and they were disappointed i wasn't going to try it yet, but the class got in trouble before it began and omg everyone had to do 300 sit ups, push ups, squats.. not each but all together in some combination and the instructor came up to me and said "well it's a good thing you didn't try out class today" . I sat there and was like omg I can't believe they have to suffer like this DX But I'm, going back tonight to actually participate.. I'm nervous as #%@&! But You are going strong and keep it up!!! |

hmm, with only a few days left of callenge, havent been going all good. Ha, with end of semester, been busy with school. I got 2 days, so Imma just do protein shakes these last few days and hope to get under the 420s at least. |

Here it is last weigh in for callenge![]() FluffyJr86: so lets see, 438 - 420.2 = 17.8lb lost. So (1 - 420.2/438)*100 = 4.0639% Lost Hanakotoba 157-149.6 = 7.4lb lost (1- 149.6/157)*100 = 5.0955% Lost Hmm, for me to have lost 5.1% I would have to lose at least 23lbs. Well I lost more lb, but you lost more precentage! Wow, we are kicking butt! I think we should be proud of ourselves. I already got a new callenge thought of... |

WoW what you really did was INCREDIBLE! You are at 420! and you started out at 438. I know you inspired me a lot watching your videos on youtube seeing how hard you were working! And you are working A LOT harder than I am! But seeing that I told my self no fast food during this challenge.. and I did go once but I really limited myself and no soda and no fries I just had a small cheese burger. Even went I went to a buffet I only had sushi the fresh stuff nothing fried and of course in moderation! So you helped me out a lot and thank you! I hope you keep going strong and keep making your videos because I know you are inspiring many others out there!! |
