basically I don't exercise much. when I do I usually walk. so i would like to know what would be a good exercise routine for getting a girlish figure. no problem with starting one but i 'll have to stay on it. if you haven't read din my introduction. the reason for this is I walk to gain the coolness of the kunoichi{female ninja} first i would need a girlish figure. so i definitely need to drop some pounds. last i checked i was close to 380.

p.s. once i get in shape i can get the costume... lol... for Halloween.

Walking can be very demanding. Well logically it should be. I am 120lb. If I wanted to know what it is like to walk as a 380lb person I would need to find a 260lb person, strap them to my body and walk around with them. Obviously that is going to be too challenging for me - and yet you are able to walk (how fast? for how long? going up/down stairs may be a good progression; also walk/jog)

hi nir. i just had to add something because I think you got the wrong idea when you read my post.I am looking for an exercise routine to give me a girlish figure. any hints. btw thanks for trying at least.

I think it is also better if you start jogging every morning because it is also a good way to burn fats and you can also do some aerobic exercises.

exercise is one of the best way to reducing the weight.But for it you need good schedule of exercise.and you should have good knowledge about exercise.
