Hi all, I just joined here and looking forward to some extra support. I started the HMR diet on Tuesday and I'm hoping it works. IM doing the 'healthy solutions" vs the just shakes. So far, Its not to bad and i havnt cheated. Ive stayed in the 'box'. Anyway im looking on losing at least 70lbs |

Hi Frank, I hope you find the info you need. There's a lot of dieting info out there and it can be overwhelming at times. I found the best thing to start out doing is to eliminate fast food and processed foods from your diet. Doing both can be difficult especially if you are not accustomed to cooking but you will lose a significant amount of weight doing so. Fast food chains are only in it for the money and could care less about the nutritional value of the food they serve. Also, be sure to drink plenty of pure water. Replace all other beverages with water if at all possible. Soda and juice can add a significant amount of calories to your daily intake. Hope that helps.
