Hi there! My name's Amy and I am so excited to be getting married in a few months... it just can't come quick enough! :) I've always been a little self conscious of the little bit of belly fat I currently have, so I want to start my new life fresh without this little shadow hanging over my thoughts :( I'm 5'6" and weigh 165 lbs. It's nice to find things like this: howtolosestomachfatquickly.com/a-weight-loss-lifestyle/ just for little tips and tricks to losing weight naturally, but does anyone else have any suggestions of ways for me to get rid of this annoying belly fat before The Day? I'd appreciate it!! Thanks! Last edited on 29 Jan 2012 04:01 pm by |

I'm going to 'tailor' my reply by contrasting it with the article you linked to (exercise, hydration, sacking, smaller portions). First of all I suggest reading our tutorial. Be aware of how many calories you require during your weight-loss phase (the number will vary by your stats but will probably work out somewhere in the 1200-1500 range). Fat loss (belly or elsewhere) is down to a calorie deficit and exercise is a great adjunct to a good diet - it cannot undo a poor one. Any combination of foods would work, but healthier choices fill you up so you don't feel deprived - make sure to include as many vegetables, beans and fruit as you can tolerate - and strive to eat more (within reason) |
