I track my calories using an online tracker but I am thinking of changing over to one that lets me track on my phone. Does anyone use an app to track thier calories and if so which one do you use and how do you like it. I currently use FitDay on line but I am not convinced that is the best one, not even sure if they have a phone app.

I have been using MyFitnessPal.com, available both online and as phone app. This is the only one I have tried so cannot compare to others. Can track calories/nutrition as well as exercise.

I also use MyFitnessPal both online and phone app. I really like it, but haven't tried any other apps either lol. Easy to use, and because I used it online it already - it had all my regularly eaten foods stored when I switched over to the app. The scanner option was fun too! It scans the bar codes and adds it directly. BUT I have found some errors in calories/nutrients so it doesn't hurt to check the accuracy.

Thanks James. Do they interact? What I mean is if you put in calories on the phone does it carry over the the computer? I am really not up on this stuff so it may be a very stupid question.

Yes, the phone app syncs with the website whenever you use it and have internet connection. And don't worry, if I can use it anybody can.
