I found this diet recently. It wasn't the yummiest thing, but at least it helped me lose some weight. I've lost 4kg for 2 weeks and i'm not feeling exhausted at all. A friend of mine treid it before me (I buy something only if I'm convinced its not in vain) and she didn't gain back weight after she finished. I hope I'll skip the yo-yo effect too.

I forgot to say: Don't forget the excersizes!

Just make sure you will like it long term. In my opinion, long term diets are the best because you will stick to it longer.

After losing 145 pounds in the past 21 months. I've learned that diets don't work. It has to be a lifestyle change.
I live the LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) lifestyle.
My energy level has gone through the roof and I feel great.
Lot of folks have asked me how I did it, I put my story down in a blog.

If I can do it, you can do it.
