I found this diet recently. It wasn't the yummiest thing, but at least it helped me lose some weight. I've lost 4kg for 2 weeks and i'm not feeling exhausted at all. A friend of mine treid it before me (I buy something only if I'm convinced its not in vain) and she didn't gain back weight after she finished. I hope I'll skip the yo-yo effect too. I forgot to say: Don't forget the excersizes! Last edited on 27 Dec 2011 07:51 am by mariast |

Just make sure you will like it long term. In my opinion, long term diets are the best because you will stick to it longer. |

After losing 145 pounds in the past 21 months. I've learned that diets don't work. It has to be a lifestyle change. I live the LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) lifestyle. My energy level has gone through the roof and I feel great. Lot of folks have asked me how I did it, I put my story down in a blog. If I can do it, you can do it. |
