I know it's disgusting but it the ulgy truth to having two kids within 3 years. I know my stretch marks wont ever go away. I want a diet & exercise plan that will burn the fat and tighten everything back up if possible. I just don't know where to start. Ive only been jogging every other day with the stroller for 20 mins.

Do workout dvds really help? I only ask because with two kid its hard getting alot of gym time.

Yes workout videos can be no worse than the gym, so long as the end result is that you do some weight training and some exercise to push up your heart rate.

Diet is key. Figure out your unadjusted RMR (it'll probably workout somewhere in the range 1200-1500) that'll be roughly how much you'll be eating. Learn to count calories (or even better: just make your entire diet based on healthy foods like vegetables beans and fruit and you will naturally and effortlessly hit these numbers)

be consistent, this is for life.

what were you like before your pregnancies?

The best detailed healthy eating plan is one that is suited to your body type, your metabolism, your energy levels. Are you a morning person? ( Besides having to wake up for the kids!) Given the chance on the weekend, would you be up bright and early or sleep in? Someone who has more energy in the morning would do well with a full breakfast as their metabolism is high and they need the extra protein.

Someone who is slow in the morning who needs their coffee and takes a while to get goiing, would do best with a very small light breakfast, medium lunch and dinner is the main meal of the day, as that is when thier metabolism is highest and they will burn off the meal easily.

As a naturopath, I help my clients create a personalized plan that is best for them and it works so well, the lastest has lost 34 pounds in 12 weeks and is well on his way to achieving his weight loss goal.

WHAT!!! I would kill to have a tummy like that!!!!! But if you insist yes a detailed diet

sounds like what you need. It may not sound like a lot but (depending on how old your

babies are) get outside and play with them. My kids love it! After they are worn out and

in bed me and my husband both take 30min-1hr every night to workout, some nights its

abs, others nights its legs, it all just depends on what we decide to do. It really helps

when you have a workout partner to keep you going. Eating healthy and being a mom it

gives you the chance to introduce your children to healthy foods. Any ways hope this

helps and good luck!
