Just wondering because my weight on the scales havnt changed for a little bit, anyone know ? is it true, that your shape can change ???

Yes, this is true.  Your shape can change through exercise.  Resistance training changes the size and density of your muscle fibers.  Weight bearing exercise like running and walking makes your bones more dense.  Cardio adds capillaries and expands and strengthens blood vessels and cartilage to make you more efficient.  If you are adding alot of muscle through exercise, it is possible to add scale weight by increasing the size of your muscles at the same rate you are losing fat. 

If you are male, you could put on as much as 12-15 pounds of muscle in a few months.  Muscle is GOOD!!!!!

I stepped on the scales on the weekend and was like "How can this be, I have been eating right and doing some exercises.  I'm still wearing a size (Aus) 14 and not a 16."

I think I will not look at the scales for a few more weeks ;)
