The latest rage in plastic surgery goes hand in hand with the latest medical epidemic. Gone are the days where working out and eating right led to a buff physique. Now, you simply pay someone to surgically remould your fat to look like muscles!
If you're a woman, you can have your fat lipo'd and then reinjected into the desired area. This is nothing new. But I'll bet you never knew that fat that has been sucked out of your body will never grow back!
That's right! Once you suck all the fat out of your gut/hips/butt/thighs/arms/problem area, it can no longer be stored as the fat cells are literally destroyed. This might sound boss at first, but it actually leads to your body storing fat in unconventional ways. When the glutton continues gorging the way they used to, they gain weight in the remaining fat cells. The weight will be redistributed to your ankles, wrists, fingers, face, armpits, chest- all kinds of bizarre places!
Something to keep in mind before you decide to take a shortcut like the d-bag in the article above. This guy actually thinks he looks hot, too. Hurray for the enablers known as the medical industry!

I read somewhere that butt fat injected into the belly will cause that fat to be burned first.
I think the way it works is that genetics does not determine where fat is stored but where it is burned first.
