Diet works

A few words about the diet, it works! 1/1/08 I weighed 160. Now weigh 123

The other news, ready, I?óÔé¼Ôäóm 85, yep I?óÔé¼Ôäóm sure I was the oldest to start and

probably the oldest now. No meds, sometimes Tylenol. Exercise is yard work everyday.

I maintained (following guidelines)  over a year and gained about 7 #.Drinking less water resulted in losing less weight.  Recently finished three cycles, lost enough to be at 123#, 5?óÔé¼Ôäó5?óÔé¼?Ø used to be 5?óÔé¼Ôäó6?óÔé¼?Ø?óÔé¼?ªah gravity!

I hasten to add I drink the 4oz red wine and at least 2 cups espresso, when you?óÔé¼Ôäóre

my age?óÔé¼?ª.you need all the help you can get!!

So there you are, if any of you are undecided give it a go, it works, even for oldies!

Who wants to be a fat old-lady grandma?

Welcome to the forum loajoy!

Congrats on the weight loss.  I agree that age doesn't matter.   I'm also one of the "senior" members here.

So you followed the FL4I program?  How long did it take to lose all that weight?

Oh Hi, Took about 8 months. Now my system is used to the routine so it takes a little longer to loose. On the fruit day I substituted Wasa for bread and 0 fat greek yogurt for yogurt. I found it very easy to follow since I like fruit and vegetables. It was and is good dicipline for me. Having been in advertising where "image" is everything...staying fit was, is essential. Thanks for asking and best to you.
