None of the above, even if some of them were what I wanted when I started this.
What does it for me is the difference in what my body can do- climbing hills on a bike, moving furniture, hanging speakers. The last month has been one " did I just do that?" moment after another.I used to lag behind my hub when he walked (he's super fast), now I can keep up.

I chose "Feeling healthier / more energetic," but I'll have to admit this morning I dropped a pound on the scale and, even though I know it's only temporary, it comes pretty darn close.

I suppose that would match the sixth reason: Feeling healthier / more energetic
Being able to do more, not getting tired, is a great side effect.
