Hi all just registered so I could keep an update on the use of apidexin.  Recieved the pills 4 days ago I was told not to take the detox72 along with the apidexin as this can make you really sick heart beating fast etc.  So I took the detox for the past 3 days which I felt find. Then in the morning took 3 pills half hour before eating a breakfast which I have never eaten before (dont like eating breakfast) and then 3 more half hour before my lunch then a proper dinner ie chicken curry with rice.  No potatoes at all mad for some potatoes.

I have found that the detox72 make me go to the toilet lot more frequent. I also had bouts of diarrhoea which was nothing I couldnt handle.  Now ive started taking the apidexin this morning feeling grand so far I havent lost anything as of yet after reading posts that they had lost 4-5 lbs while taking the detox72 but me I havent lost anything yet.

I walk for a half hour average speed 3-4 times per week but im always doing housework and on the move.  I drink bout a litre and a half of watger per day dont drink coffee or tea only calmaline tea so im also taking in 3-4  cups of water drinking that too.

Im 31 years old weighing 196lbs (14 stone) height 5ft 5inches roughly.  I really hope that this pill works for me as I so feel I need to lose about 3 stone.  Any bit of advice on how to speed it up would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday noticed I had a bit more energy stayed up until half 1 this morning which is totally not me .....wasnt booming round the house but I was reading and wathing t.v .....I have not been feeling sick at all this morning or last night and im not as such exercising at all.  I do find that im really thirsty like drinking 3 litres of water a day and wanting more lol......Stepped on the scales today and I havent even lost a pound.  Feeling good tough I must say.  I would love to know when would I see the results .......Im getting impatient but Im going to plod along and see how it goes ..... I would imagine that in order to see the major results a second bottle will need to be brought so Ill personally will go mental if I cant shed a pound until then....... Feel free to leave and persuading comments or remarks ....Will keep ye all posted

I have been a food addict my whole life I took amphetimines for years and all of the ones that came after it and I know I damaged my body. But since I have uncovered the real reason I am constantly thinking about food and over eating I have no cravings what soever and I have lost 60lbs so far with another 20 to go. I am free from this dieting loosing and gaining cycle and most of all the constant thoughts of food and the inability to stop eating once I start. I am currently putting together a program so everyone who is interested can live the same freedom that I am now living I am so grateful! The diet pills and detoxing only worked forawhile as they are only bandaids the real problem is what is eating you. Once my cousin said to me yo are the only person i know that has lost and gained 2000 lbs which was true. I would loose 50 lbs with diet pills and gain it all back and I did this over and over again. The only real cure is to ask yourself what program or negative belief system is running my food addiction and let the answer come. Thanks conniea jimenez93@yahoo.com

Hi, I'm Monica and I started taking Apidexin a week ago. I'm 27 years old, 5'4" and 160 lbs. I'm trying to get back down to my high school weight of 120 lbs and it's been a long road! I eat healthy and walk an average of three miles a day (I live in a really big city) and try to incorporate exercise into my daily schedule. I can't say I ever hit the gym, I just don't have time!

I was around 140 lbs just a few years ago, but I started gaining a ton of weight when I turned 26 years old. Within 2 years I was another twenty pounds! I also started using a different birth control so that might be why I gained a bunch of weight so quickly! But I think a lot of it is just old age.

So far, I've lost 3 pounds on Apidexin, but this was with a few nights of eating out. I have been keeping track of my measurements too (google "high school skinny monica obrien" to see my daily tracking spreadsheet) and I've lost 10 inches all over my body! Proof that the scale lies when it comes to progress.

I didn't experience a ton of side effects but I did a really good job at inducting myself to Apidexin slowly. I really recommending going slow at first, and even if you don't get huge results right away keep trucking! Weight that comes off slowly stays off!
