Hello all! New to the forums here hoping I can learn new things and share my experiences as well.

I've been stuck back and forth struggling with my weight loss for many years now because I always fall back into my bad habits with being lazy and eating poorly. I do well with everything for maybe a week and a half and it feels great, but then I always start to slip after that.

I hope to find some good support and advice to just really keep pushing me because it is something I really want for myself, not just to lose weight but to feel good and healthy because i'm tired of feeling like #%@&!!

Some people (myself amongst them) have found it helpful to be accountable by starting a diary in the "My Diary" section
