Hello everyone.
I have come here to make my quest for health (and fat loss) known to the world and so I can be held publicly accountable. I have lost weight a few times in the past but I end up gaining it back. This time I want to make it stick.
I have joined the gym and while I went well at first, I have slacked lately, it always seems like I am busy. I am going to try to start going to the gym in the morning before work and see if that helps. Besides, I always feel way more energetic coming out of the gym then when I go in it.
I am going to watch my diet much better too. I am not one who is good with moderation. I have a tendency to be all or nothing when it comes to pretty much anything. That too is something I need to work on that definitely ties into my losing weight and gaining it back.
I would love any sort of advice or feed back and I definitely want people to hold me accountable for my actions or inaction. I hope I meet a lot of new friends and can be of help to many others on this forum.
