I crave taco bell a lot and had to find a healthy way to enjoy my mexican food and I came up with this recipe:

1 pita bread - 80 calories - 0 fat
1/2 cup of fat free refried beans - 100 calories - 0 fat
2 cloves of garlic minced (optional you can use whatever type of seasoning you prefer) - 8 calories - 0 fat
2 slices of fat free cheddar cheese - 30 calories - 0 fat
Salsa

Spread beans on pita bread and sprinkle garlic on top of beans.  Lay slices of cheddar cheese on top.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 mins or until heated.

This does have approximately 240 calories but no fat vs Taco Bell fast food 250 calories and 10 grams of fat.

That sounds like a relatively healthy way to satisfy a "junk food" type craving... Thanks for sharing it!!!
