Hi,
I read about diet pills ingredient calls DiCaffeine Malate, i read that it have much less side effects than regular caffeine and even better for fat burning.

Did someone tried that before? you know what pills contains it.

I tried diet pills that contain caffeine and the side effect were awful, i had headaches, jitters, and sleeping problems.

I would love some advice.

Martin.

btw,
I read about dicaffeine here:

Martin,

Are you sure the pills you took only had caffeine as an active ingredient? Although those are all side-effects of caffiene, you need to consume quite large amounts of it to really notice them (unless you happen to be particaurly sensitive to caffeine).

Ephedrine has similar side effects, and is much more potent so the side effects will be noticed very easily. Are you sure this isn't in the product you took?

Either way, I'm certainly not convinced of the impact caffiene will have in weight loss. It's consumed so much by a huge portion of the world and yet many, many of us are still overweight.
