well 2 years ago i weighed 240 i started a low carb diet. and lost about 40 lbs. in a year. this past year i held steady at 200 because i wasn't sticking to the low carb diet. i just bought a new gym membership and have been walking/running 4 miles a day. hopefully ill be able to lose another 30 lbs. like its nothing and learn something from these forums
