Hi everyone,

I've just joined here in the hope that a supportive community might finally get me on the right track. I want to lose about a stone and a half, but I've been trying for ages and it just isn't shifting.

I've been exercising regularly for quite a while now, and even though I feel good for it, it hasn't really made a difference to my body.

To be fair, the issue must lie in my diet. I'm not very calorie conscious, and if we run out of food I'll happily eat whatever; takeaway, huge portion of pasta etc... It's my diet I think I need to focus on more :sad:
