New member just introducing myself.

I'm a male who has had serious issues with emotional eating. I have eaten essentially nothing but garbage for the past several years and I need to get some better habits and stop overeating these horrible foods (entire Dominos pizzas, boxes and boxes of mac and cheese, white pasta galore, cookies, donuts, etc.). This has been along with no exercise - something else I am hoping I can change.

So here's to a new year and a new beginning - I just signed up for the weight loss challenge and hope that this community will help keep me honest.
