| I haven't had a day under 1,450 calories since the 13th of December and haven't exercised since the 23rd. Usually getting back ON the wagon is the easiest part of a healthy lifestyle (with falling off being a very close second) but right now I just can't seem to get started at all. Lately I've tried scribbling down the time when I put down the fork at last and try to start over right then, but it only lasts a couple hours before I'm back in the cupboards. I just don't have that /something/ that I usually had in the past.

Oh geez, that could be the problem. All the compulsive exercising I've done this month has made my slightly tight jeans baggy on me and I've been wearing them lately. Thus, I declare, back to the less-than-spacious pants!!!

I just did that, took all my too-big pants and stuffed 'em in the corner of my closet out of sight. Which only left me with TWO options (minus dress pants), so I...tried on some old pants. And I found TWO PAIRS that FIT again! Ohhh, I was so happy. And I took the fries out of the oven, threw them away, and poured myself some crystal light If you'd asked me, I never would have guessed that I'd /actually/ lost some inches. This forum always has the perfect ideas and solutions.
