For me? determination!
Exercises and diets are nothing if you don't have any determination to lose fat. If you decide to do something, stand with no matter what. Don't give up! remember if you quitters are losers but not the fats. :cool:
So better set your mind first before doing some diet or exercise program.

Determination.

If you're not determined to lose weight, you won't exercise as much as need too and you'll snack more often without considering the consequences.

For long term weight loss, fix a long term goal, like fix a weight limit and don't cross that. After fixing the goal work towards it with the help of good diet and exercise and supplements. For supplements go for natural supplements, as they are very effective comparatively.

In my opinion determination, motivation & the know-how. I have all the motivation & determination of the world & wasted a lot of time because I didn't have the knowledge that I have know. But as I already said, I was persistent & I succeed. If I have to do it all over again I would follow a program because you start to do the right things from the beginning & while improving your body you are learning the knowledge. I remember reading a review on fatcuda.com about some programs that fit in with different lifestyles. I have a pretty busy lifestyle so it was difficult for me to have much time dedicated to this, so I read some of the reviews and chose the best program for me including meal & workout plans.

The key of successful weight loss is a commitment to making permanent changes in your diet and exercise habits. Of course, the right exercise and nutrition helps in weight loss, but there are plenty of other ways to lose weight using your mind. :smile:

Weight lifting is one of the most effective methods of strength training for women and is the most effective for successful weight loss for women. The goal is not to lift more than your body can handle. If you overdo the weight lifting , your body will rebel and you will find yourself giving up before you have reached your goal.

HI all for my opinion I find a little whey to lose weight that I find it very successful:
1-eating at least 3 servings of vegetables each day.
2-Doing 200-300 minutes of cardio per week
3-Eat protein and/or fat with carbs
