When I eat fatty foods my first instinct is to go burn some of it off, but I remembered that eating bad foods can constrict your blood vessels and make it harder for blood to be pumped throughout your body, which makes me hesitant to go do some cardio. Studies have shown that exercising BEFORE eating bad food can /reduce/ this effect on the blood, but not entirely prevent it, but I couldn't find any information about how exercise affects you after the damage is already done. I'm worried that it might put even more strain on my blood vessels Maybe I should wait a few hours, or maybe I'm just being overly paranoid and ignorant?

Yeah I'd recommend waiting a few hours after eating bad meals before you workout again. It can be dangerous and not only that it makes exercising uncomfortable. Running with jack in the box in my stomach is a lot less fun than when it's not!

| interesting...I'm gonna have to look into this. Anyone had any studies proving this is a health concern that I can reference?
