Hello, So i am wondering what is better to drink for a diet, Preferably for dinner.
I usually drink coke zero, But then it had me wonder what if i do kool - aid but a special way?
Like with kool-aid, For my kid i would get a pitcher, Add 1/2 a cup of sugar, The mix (of course) and TADA! water.
But for myself, What i would do i just get a 8fl oz glass, 1/2 of it the kool-aid i made and the other half just water.
So yea, What would be better to drink on? A glass of kool-aid, The way i do it (mentioned above) Or a can of coke zero
idk if coke zero is good for a diet or not, I just know on the back it says 0 calories =p

I drink a ton of soda so switching to diet versions had been helpful I think.
Have you tried the sugar free kool aids? Some of them do not taste like kool aid at all, but others are pretty good. I personally like the sugar free grape walmart brand. Tastes good, 0 calories, cheaper than coke.
As to whats better? I have no clue.

I guess a half cup of water and half kool-aid would be ideal. You really want to stay away from diet sodas because they dehydrate you during the day. At least with half kool-aid and half water you are staying hydrated. Try to conform into drinking water with a teaspoon of lemon juice in each cup. You get a Vitamin C boost and it tastes great.

Do some research online on the horrors of artificial sweetners. It will cure you of your diet coke, diet drink cravings.
Sucks, but there it is. Your actually better off having one real coke a day and dealing with the calories its brings than feeding your body the poisons of sugar-free beverages.

i would say nothing beats natural. diet coke and kool aid are both with chemicals, which in any case not so healthy. water and real fruit juices is still recommended and has more health benefits to give for your body

| I agree with skipping both diet soda and Kool-Aid, and going for water and fruit juice instead. I've been cutting down on sodas and started drinking a lot of water, fruit juice, and low-fat milk. It made me feel a lot healthier than before.

Better yet- the Walmart knock-off versions some of them actually taste better :D
However - the instant diet sugar free Hawaiian Punch is terrific, and really cheap! (plus it's strong enough to cover the taste of things like Emergen-c lite- that stuff is awful by itself!)

Kool aid or diet coke as per some research may although not lead to weight gain, but they may lead to diabetes or other complications. A research conducted on coke and kool aid, found chemicals and food harmful to the body.

I don't think drinking fruit juice is very good for you unless your making it yourself. I would stick water.
I also heard that diet drinks have something in them that causes cancer.

I prefer clean water. Very healthy and help you lose fat in your tummy for it pushes all toxins within it.
