HAS ANYBODY TRIED IT? I?é??ve been doing her very unique arm exercises, her webisodes and her 30min cadio dance routines. I?é??m going to keep at it because everybody is screaming her name from the rooftops. I like the way she uses lots of diferent exercises to not get bulky muscles, that is what I dont want. And I find it quite horrible to see women with more muscles in their arms than their husbands xd so having nice pretty little toned arms will do me just fine. Please share tips if you have tried it, what workouts have you done, how you found them, and if you?é??re seeing any results. Tracy's list of celebrity clients includes Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, Shakira, Courtney Cox and Kate Hudson..........if its good enough for them its good enouogh for me! |
