The main thing I do that can be thought of as a recipe is smoothies based on some frozen fruit and some non frozen fruit - mixed up in food processor.

Otherwise, less a recipe and more a way of life, I chop up various veggies and then also fruits - usually in advance. In the morning I mix everything up in a large bowl (I aim to fill a 4 litre box) also adding some beans and/or starchy veggies to the mix. I tend to eat my fruits and beans too quickly so mixing them with green veggies "evenly" in a salad can slow me down. I call it my "day salad" because it is supposed to last me for breakfast, lunch and any snacking periods before dinner.
