| I'm surviving on iced soy lattes all day and then when it gets to 6pm remember I haven't eaten...and end up at either Panda Express or KFC. I just cannot get out of the habit of doing this! Then it's a slippery slope...at night I end up eating half a pint of ice cream and drinking coke! And it makes me nauseous! Why can't I stop???

| at one point in time I had exactly the same problem. your setting yourself up for failure. right now dont diet, eat not to lose weight, but eat to not binge. Learn to not binge and then you can learn to lose weight.

Self-control is very necessary when you want to achieve something. You can try to avoid non veg burgers and try some veg instead. Slowly slowly you will get rid rid of it. Do not panic and try to leave the binge eating habit very slowly.

Sorry to say so but that's probably the worst thing you can do! Nothing is going to work if you continoue that way. Like the writer above wrote, make sure you get this eating habits worked out before you start with something else. 100% focus on self control. You have to set rules for yourself and most important you have to stick to it. Check out my article"Eating rules" maybe it could be a guideline.
Take it easy and make sure you set enough time aside, to let yourself follow your new eating habits.

In order to take control, you're going to have to take control! You have to put yourself in position to make better choices. Prepare meals to take with you, if you have healthy options in front of you, you'll be less likely to "fall off the wagon". The eating late at night one is tough, even for me. If you really crave carbs at night, try stacking all of your carbs into your last meal of the night, but make it a healthy meal, like a bowl of oatmeal mixed with fruit with egg whites. It'll get easier as you become more consistent, but it's gonna take consistently making the right choices to get the results you want. You can do this, you just have to make the decision that it's worth it and be willing to do what it takes. Good luck.
