| okay so whenever i'm about to enter a plateau the first 5 days it's like my appetite goes crazy and try as i may i always end up gaining about 3 pounds of just food weight and about 2 pounds of regular weight so i have to do it all over again and it has made it so that i'm continually going up and down the same 2-5 pounds. can people please give me tips or any advice on how to break this lose/plateau-increases appetite/weight gain cycle?

| yes i will try that, i normally do try to eat unprocessed but it's times like these when i hit that plateau that it becomes practically impossible to escape the processed foods. i'm going to start eating about 1400 calories daily while working out and keeping a deficit of 600-700. as soon as this pulled muscle heals.
