Hello everyone,
My name is Seth and I have a weight problem. Yes, I am obese, not morbidly so. I have been keeping a blog at myfatlossjournal.blogspot.com on my experiences with losing weight so far. I'm 12 days into my lifestyle change and so far I have just been making healthier choices, researching and completely getting off of soda pop and caffeine!
Since I have gotten off of Soda/caffeine I have felt great! So, I think that was the first step in the right direction. I've been watching Dr. Oz when I can and frankly - that man scares me! But, to be honest with myself - he is right - and I do need to lose weight and get healthier.
I would appreciate any support in the matter, and I will also create a diary on here for people to keep track of and give support and advice. As I will try to give to others.
