ok, this is where im at. I had it in mind  that i would start the diet today as i recieved the tablets on monday afternoon. Today is wednesday.

However last night freeked me out a little as i was on this forum reading many peoples experiences about side affects whilst using apidexin and detoxufree 72. Yet although i felt worried about what alot of people had said i still decided to go ahead. Maybe i wont have side affects maybe i will, but if i will, i will just come of them if its anythimg to do with getting jitters or nausea as i hate that sick feeling, or heart racing really fast, i will be ditching them.

DAY ONE: took 3 detoxufree at 9am followed ten mins later 1 apidexin AT 9.10am with a very large tumbler glass of water.

at 09.30, just 15mins later i wanted to eat breakfast only so i didng get nausea which is what happens if i dont eat my breakfast asap and because of peoples experience with the tablets.

Feeling ultra paranoid if im honest, dont get me wrong the tablets are not making me paranoid, but afterreading sooooo many bad side affects, its as though im so intune with my body and waiting to feel .... something weird, different or headachey? anything.

Sitting here writtig this i feel at the moment ok. head is fussy but that im sure is to do with the fact that i was on here till 2am reading the topics on apidexin and im shattered as i woke up this morning.

anyway i will be taking another 1 tablet of apidexin around 11.30 as i have lunch with my children around 12-12.30pm .

current weight is 9 and a half stone and im 5"5 i know im not overweight but i would like to get to 8st 12 in my dreams, as ive never been that in my adult life, lol, but i would be extreamly happy with 9st one or two.

see how it goes.x

So, if you don't mind me asking, how did it all go??? I'm so excited to hear! I just ordered the product and I am not afraid of side effects. Have you made any progress? Any advice you would give to someone newly taking the product? Thanks!
