Hi all,

Well I took the leap and ordered my apidexin from ebay last night.  I live in Australia so I'm hoping the wait won't be too long.

I spent a lot of time reading through this forum, along with several others, and also contacted someone here in Australia who has used the product previously....it's extremely helpful to speak to someone whom you know is a 'real' person, and not a representative of the company like so many others.  Anyways, I weighed up all the pros and cons, and decided to give it a go.  Of course, if I start to experience any serious side effects then I will cease taking them immediately.  But thought it was worth a try and hopefully I will have the same luck as some of you who haven't had any side effects at all.  Fingers crossed!

Anyway, I am 175cm tall and weigh 73kg...my goal is to lose about 10kg and get down to 63kg.  Hopefully before the warmer weather hits around September/October so I can finally wear a bikini on the beach!

Well, good luck to all on your weight-loss journeys!  I will post back when I receive my apidexin and let you all know how it's going.  Until then, stay positive!

Hi all,

Well I started on my apidexin today, and wanted to keep a log of my diet, exercise etc. so I can chart my progress.  So here goes:-

Day 1

Weight: 74.2kg

Weightloss to date: 0kg

Weightloss goal: 11kg

Pills: 8am, 12.45pm (including detox pills)

Breakfast: 8.30am I had one low-carb vege muffin

Snacks: 10.30am I had one low-carb vege muffin; at about 2.30pm I had a few handfulls of potato chips as I felt a little 'funny' and as though I needed something savoury

Lunch: 1.10pm I had chicken and salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, mushrooms) and a few sips from a can of Coke Zero

Dinner: chicken nachos (I know, bad! I was shopping for my mum's b'day gift)

Water intake: 2.5litres

Exercise: 10 minute walk to the shops at lunch to buy some new boots! And a few hours walking around the shops in the evening looking for a gift.

Comments:  Feeling fine, have not experienced any side effects so far. Remaining optimistic!

Day 2

Weight: 73.5kg

Weightloss since yesterday:  0.7kg

Total weightloss to date: 0.7kg

Weightloss goal: 10kg

Pills: 8.15am (including detox pills); 12pm

Breakfast: 8.35am I had a bowl of low-carb, high-fibre cereal

Snacks: 10.10am I had a low-carb almond & cranberry bar; at about 2.30pm I had a small milky way

Lunch:  lasagne and salad -- although I couldn't eat it all, and 1/2 can coke zero

Dinner:

Water intake: 2.2 litres

Exercise:

Comments:  Slept fine last night, and woke up this morning without needing to hit 'snooze' 10 times!  I actually got up an hour earlier than usual as I had to prepare a few things before work, and am amazed at how easily I woke and how much energy I had...not sure if it's just because it's friday (friday buzz) or because of the pills.

Days 3 & 4

Weight: ??

Weightloss since yesterday:  ??

Total weightloss to date: ??

Weightloss goal: ??

Pills: 5.45am (including detox pills)

Was working at a festival from 6am - 6pm each day (Sat and Sun), and so only got to take my morning pills.  No breaks, so just ate on the run -- and of course it was all festival food so all bad!  Plenty of exercise across these 2 days though, as we were flat-out serving customers food/coffee all day.  Not staying at home at the moment, so no scales to weigh-in with.  Still no side effects, feel completely normal, just can't eat as much!  Feel very full very quickly, which is great!

I LOVE what you did in logging your progress :) I am going to steal your idea and use it for my experience with Apidexin. Why did you ever stop logging? I know how life does get so busy, so its easy to stop a new routine that hasn't really formed into a habit yet.

Were you successful in your weight loss? Did you have any problems or feel side effects? I just ordered mine tonight and I'm just reading up on what people have to say about it. I'm going to San Francisco in 3 weeks and I'd like to have lost 10 pounds or so by then.

Do you have any advice for me?

I used to used Hydroxycut many years ago and it was loaded with Ephedrine. Now I think it is loaded with caffeine. If you have a dispostion for anxiety like I do, you will notice your heart racing and have trouble sleeping. There are a few things to consider when you decide to take a supplement. I have a copy/text doc on my hard drive which I will post. .Take a look.

Weight Loss Pills:  Should You Use Them?

Have you been trying to lose weight with the use of exercise and healthy eating?  If you have, have you still been coming up short on your weight loss goal?  If you have, you may be interested in seeking help through the use of weight loss products, namely weight loss pills. Although you may be thinking about giving weight loss pills a chance, you may be wondering if you should.

When it comes to determining whether or not weight loss pills are right for you, there are a number of different questions that you will want to ask yourself.  These questions can help you truly determine if weight loss pills are right for you. A few of the many questions that you may want to ask yourself, concerning weight loss pills, are outlined below.

One of the many questions that you will want to ask yourself is if you have really tired losing weight.  Losing weight ?óÔé¼?ônaturally,?óÔé¼?Ø often involves exercise and healthy eating.  Have you been exercising?  Exercising can involve visiting your local fitness center, putting an exercise video in your DVD player, or something as simple as taking a nightly walk.  Eating healthy involves cutting all sweets from your diet or at least significantly reducing them.  If you haven?óÔé¼Ôäót taken these steps yet, you may want to first try losing weight naturally. If that doesn?óÔé¼Ôäót work, weight loss diet pills may be something for you to consider.

Although there are a number of reasons for weight gain, one of the most common reasons involves eating too much food.  If you regularly find yourself eating more food than you should or more food than you need to, why do you think that you do so? Are you just eating because you are bored or does your body sense that you are hungry?  This is important question that you need to answer, as many weight loss pills are designed to suppress your hunger.  While this can help many individuals reduce the amount of food that they eat and the number of calories they take in, it will only help you if you think that your body is telling you that you are still hungry.  If you are what is commonly referred to as a ?óÔé¼?ôbored eater,?óÔé¼?Ø there is a good chance that you will still continue to eat.

Another question that you need to ask yourself is if you can afford the costs of weight loss pills. When examining the cost of weight loss pills, you will find that they are sold for a wide range of prices.  Although it is important to make sure that you can afford the cost of weight loss pills, it is important that you do not comprise quality for costs.  If you cannot afford the weight loss pills that come highly rated and recommend, you may just end up wasting your money on weight loss pills that may not necessarily work. That is why it is advised that you consult with your doctor or search for weight loss diet pill reviews online, before making any purchases.

The above mentioned questions are just a few of the many that you may want to ask yourself, before you automatically go out and buy weight loss pills for yourself. As a reminder, it is important that you do the proper amount of research before you buy weight loss pills, should you decide to do so. Weight loss diet pills are not all created equally; therefore, they have varying results.
